Venus Williams ganó en el duelo de hermanas

Venus se consagró campeona de Inglaterra por quinta vez. No es la primera vez que se encuentran en una final de Wimbledon. Serena ya le había ganado dos veces a su hermana mayor. En total ya han disputado 7 finales de los Grands Slams como contrincantes.
Ellas son de las mejores jugadoras del tenis. Venus ya ha ganado 7 títulos Grand Slam y Serena la supera solo por uno.
El padre de las chicas prefirió no ver el partido para mantener la neutralidad. En cambio, la madre presenció orgullosa el partido de sus hijas.
Mañana se juega la clásica final entre Roger Federer y Rafa Nadal.

I really like the articles you post. They are very helpful, they are not only interesting, but they also help me practice my Spanish. Even though I don’t understand some of what is written, it helps me a lot to see the words that I’ve learned in my Spanish class used in sentences.
